If music be the food of love, play on, give me excess of it. When I am conducting these beautiful waltzes, I am lost to the world and see only beauty and happiness. And that is why I wrote that in beautiful music there is no sin, only beauty and happiness. It is always present in my mind, that if people would forget about hate, prejudice, envy and jealousy and just immerse themselves in beautiful music, like me, they would see only beauty and happiness. I am always thinking that if everyone throughout the world would respect everyone else, young and old, black and white, what a terrific and wonderful world we could have.

Alas! I don’t think this is ever going be possible, because there so many people out there, who are still incredibly negative and so full of hate, prejudice, envy and jealousy.

But how can we change this terrible world of ours, where Politicians and even the Church have failed?

But you and I can do our bit, we don’t have to hate each other and we can be friends, without expecting anything from each other, except pure love and pure friendship, for another human being like ourselves.

Even if we cannot be friends, that is ok. I am wise and intelligent enough to realise that we cannot like everyone and not everyone can like us in this world.

And if we cannot be friends, we don’t have to talk to each other and we don’t have to write to each other, but we don’t have to hate each other.

If people would think in this very simple way, I am sure that there would be much less wars and killings on earth.

I am looking for girl pen pals, for friendship, just friendship, but good, honest and sincere friendship.

My only purpose in writing to pen pals, is to try and find a profound and transcendent meaning to friendship.

I am a 50-year-old man, born in Mauritius, but I live in England, and so I am coloured man.
